It took the right people to teach me how to love myself. I surrounded myself with people that were confident and active. They didn’t make me feel incompetent or inadequate but in fact encouraged me to express my ideas and opinions in ways that I never have before. Now I’m able to express myself in other new situations because of the confidence that has been instilled in me
